These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 388gam ("we," "us," "the Platform," "388gam"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://388gam.net and all associated gaming services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support resources.

Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended, and all associated balances and pending bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested by 388gam. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes. 388gam is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by a player.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 6.5 Modifications. 388gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated on the platform and will not affect bonuses already activated by eligible players prior to the modification, except where fraud or breach of terms is identified.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting product available on 388gam is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or sports betting section. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.2 Betting Integrity. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;

• Laundering money or using the platform in connection with any financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the 388gam platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 388gam staff or other players;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your 388gam account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.2 388gam-Initiated Suspension. 388gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory requirements, or at the direction of a licensing authority.

9.3 Balances on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. All content on the 388gam platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 388gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 388gam content without express prior written consent from 388gam. Unauthorised use of 388gam intellectual property will result in account suspension and may result in legal action.

11.1 Service Availability. 388gam does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 388gam's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 388gam will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruption.

11.2 Gaming Losses. By using 388gam, you acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that losses are a normal outcome of gaming activity. 388gam accepts no liability for any financial loss you incur as a result of placing wagers or participating in games on the platform, except where such loss results directly from a proven technical error on the part of 388gam.

11.3 Third-Party Services. 388gam integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. 388gam is not liable for errors, delays, or failures originating from these third-party services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388gam's total liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 388gam account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the 388gam platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement.

388gam implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure, and 388gam cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

13.1 Player Responsibility. 388gam encourages all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment and to play within their financial means.
